We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team.

Working closely with the Senior Management, you’ll be responsible for the planning and execution of a number of business development projects within the group.

Duties include:

  • Activity and resource planning
  • Organizing and motivating a project team
  • Controlling time management
  • Cost estimating and developing the budget
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Analyzing and managing project risk
  • Monitoring progress
  • Managing reports and necessary documentation

 

Candidate requirements:

  • Previous experience necessary
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and fluent in English
  • A strong attention to detail
  • Computer literate (system/software training provided)
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Location: Spain – Malaga, Marbella
  • Hours: Flexible
  • Pay: dependant on experience

 

We are seeking customer service agents to join our small and friendly Marbella office.

Duties include:

  • Handling inbound calls from customers
  • Low volume of outbound calls as required
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction are maintained
  • Accurately logging events on internal systems
  • Other related admin tasks as required

 

Candidate requirements:

  • Previous experience preferred but not essential
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and fluent in English
  • A strong attention to detail

  • Writing blog posts
  • Research, data collection and input
  • Sending targeted emails
  • Engaging with target audiences via industry forums
  • Talking to prospective clients on the phone
